About Moot Court Competitions

Moot Court competitions are mock Court proceedings that give law students a chance to cultivate practical skills in legal advocacy. In a moot Court competition, law students present their arguments for a fictitious case before a panel of judges, which usually consists of practicing attorneys, judges, and law professors. The objective of the competition is to mimic a genuine Court proceeding, with participants delivering legal arguments and evidence, answering queries from the judges, and supporting their client's stance.
