Narayan Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) is the Best Private Medical College in Bihar got the approval to start MBBS course from 2008-09 academic year. After recommendation by the Medical Council of India (MCI), the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare approved MBBS program for 100 seats, which has been now increased to 250 Seats from the year 2023 after recommendation by the National Medical Commission (NMC). NMCH will always strive to scale new parameters in the field of health education and research. The beginning has been made over 25 acre of land that houses the Medical College building and a 1150 beded hospital which offers the best medical care and attention to each and every category of patients and provides the world class health care services by experienced doctors and health professionals.

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is a 5.5 years professional course for which the students are awarded degrees in medicine and surgery upon successful completion of the course. The course aims to impart quality education and training to students to help contribute to the growing health and medicine sector. The course is regulated by the Medical Council of India and is spanned for four and a half years divided into semesters, followed by a compulsory internship for a year.

Eligibility: The minimum eligibility for the course is 10+2 with the subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Course Duration: 4.5+1=5.5 years.
