The Research & Development Cell

Striving for Gopal Narayan Singh University supports excellence in research and innovations to address the key issues for the betterment of society. University encourages national competitive, multidisciplinary and societally relevant research. University has started cutting edge research and development collaborating with other Universities and Institutions nationally and globally. Research & Development cell of GNSU is the nodal office which coordinates all activities relating to research and development, and intellectual property. We facilitate the academic research and development activities as well as consultancy starting from submission of new proposal to execution and completion of the sanctioned projects. We provide all the necessary support for the smooth execution of research activities in the University. Following are some of the mandates of the Research cell:

1. Coordination with the Office of the Registrar, Finance Officer, Library and Purchase section to fulfil the needs of the projects such as (i) appointment of project staff, (ii) procurement of equipment, consumables and books, (iii) disbursement of project staff salary and fellowships and (iv) submission of SoE and UC.
2. Any other issues relating to research activities and fellowships from time to time.

We provide comfort and support to the researchers of the University to nurture research and innovation.
