The university has introduced a B.Com with ACCA programme in collaboration with Grant Thornton Bharat, aimed at providing students with world-class education in accounting and finance. The programme focuses on industry exposure, global certifications, and practical training to enhance students’ career prospects.
Pro-Chancellor Govind Narayan Singh emphasized the university’s vision of delivering quality, employment-oriented, and future-ready education, noting that the collaboration will create both national and international career opportunities. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jagdish Singh highlighted that the initiative aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) and strengthens academia-industry partnerships to improve students’ professional skills and employability.
Controller of Examinations Sudip Kumar Singh pointed out that such collaborations help bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world practices, equipping students with practical experience and competitive skills. Dean Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Dwivedi described the MoU as a significant milestone, acknowledging faculty contributions toward industry-oriented teaching and skill development. Overall, the programme is designed to provide modern, practical, and globally relevant education, helping students build successful careers and access international opportunities.
